For Consecutive Interpreting, a presenter talks, then during natural pauses, the interpreter speaks in the target language.

What Equipment Do You Need?
There are two main pieces of equipment you’ll need for simultaneous interpreting: headsets & soundproof booths.
We distribute headsets to audience members who need to hear one of the interpreted languages.
Interpreters sit inside soundproof booths to separate them from the speaker & audience.
The interpreters listen to the speaker through headphones, then speak into a microphone inside the booth. That audio broadcasts to the headsets.
Our headsets have two major advantages over our our competitors’.
First, they’re smaller. That may sound trivial, but from experience we can tell you your event guests will appreciate it.
Second, they can broadcast more languages. That cuts down on required equipment, which reduces costs & makes technical difficulties less likely.
Speaking of Technical Difficulties, Who’s Responsible for All This Equipment?
Our in-house technicians come on-site to your event. They set up, support, and break down all equipment.
They work with your sound techs. They help audience members with their headsets. They continuously monitor the audio feeds to make sure your guests are hearing the best audio possible. And because they’re in-house with us, they know our equipment inside & out. That means they avoid common problems & can quickly fix any issues that may arise.
